Hopefully it will mean a better strength and conditioning program after seeing us getting pushed around by Tennessee's defense in the Orange Bowl.

Air Raid OLs line up in wider splits

So I'm assuming that will bring some changes to protection.

Yes. Read up on the air raid offense son, and learn a few things.

Thanks I'll check it out. I haven't been called "son" in a really long time. You must up there with LB Bill if I'm young enough to be your son ?

Did you notice how UGA had all day to throw passes?

That's because when they line up to run the ball, they fire off and they metaphorically punch the defense in the mouth.

I hope our OL scheme utilizes this attitude in running plays. That will do more for our pass blocking than anything else. We have intentionally not done this for a long time, mostly due to the heavy use of RPO.

That was my wonder too. Will we do more man blocking now

The traditional air raid offense uses wider splits on the OLine. But TCU didn’t do that too much, expect the scheme to change but not, drastically

I’m a big advocate of having a great tailback with good blocking that will wear a defense down. This definitely sounds like 70/30 pass.

Not complaining just sharing my likes on the offensive side of the ball.

Surprisingly TCU had 566 rushing attempts and 454 pass attempts this season
