Do they ever speak about Thornwell's suspension?

Seems that on the times I've watch a USCjr game it is not mentioned by the media. The guy will play in the NBA at some point he has solid skills.

Why would they? It was several games back in December and has no impact on the games in March and April.
He's 6'4" it will be very difficult for a foward that size in the NBA.

Yes, and look at the players playing the 3 position in the NBA, LeBron James, Kawi Lenard, and Kevin Durant. Thornwell would have no chance playing against NBA small fowards, but you probably don't follow the NBA.

Every telecast I've seen they've mentioned it. Verne Lundquist has mentioned it on the air. Must be exhausting summoning that much hate and animosity for a team of student athletes. I'll pray for those who have that burden. And before you launch into some more negatives about the SC basketball program and their run to the Final 4, I'm ALL IN ALL THE TIME!! To suggest that anybody who loves Clemson should hate the Gamecocks "just because" is really in need of a hug, or a cookie or something. Seems like you and all the bashers should take it up with Boulware or Shaq for their support of SC basketball...didn't think so! I am from South Carolina and I am happy that Coastal Carolina has the crown in college baseball til someone takes it, and I am thrilled that Clemson is current NCAA football champs. It's a GREAT time to be a South Carolinian! Unless they are playing against my Tigers I'll pull for Palmetto teams..deal with it! Oh, and I've never bashed ANY Clemson coaches, players, or play calling. I've never dogged the administration or ANY facet of Clemson University. All this , "you are disloyal to Clemson"if you ever pull for the Gamecocks is just sad, just sad.. Guess i should not be impressed with John McKissicks 622 wins at Summerville High School since he's not a Clemson graduate. But NO ONE is a bigger fan of the retired lowcountry legend. GO TIGERS,

Not sure how you got so far away from my original question by ASSUMING hate for the student athletes. Then for some wild reason you bring McKissick into a BASKETBALL discussion message board. I'll pray that you are not so quick to judge others in the future.

Curious. Did you or do you play sports in high school?
I did. Played several sports for Dorman in the 80's and still can't stand it when Spartanburg High School out does Dorman in anything. Not living glory days, just a rivalry between the 2 schools in Spartanburg. Kind of like Clemson/sc so surely you can understand that?
