for a 529 plan called a 529R plan.
This allows savings of post-tax dollars, but interest is non-taxable as long as all payments are used in the Biden Reparations Plan.
Have not saved for my kids college yet, but you have to have your priorities straight.

New England was involved too with the triangular trade of slaves, sugar and rum. Fortunately Liz Warren is off the hook based on her Okie/Cherokee roots.
This concept is the ultimate in white guilt. Slavery was an absolute abomination, but if given the choice, how many Africans today would stay in Africa rather than come to this oppressive country? The details in determining who pays, how much, etc will be quite the undertaking. I can't think of a move that will generate more racial animosity than moving forward with reparations.

In 1776...less than 13 million in 1830...about 31 million in 1860. How does one select the 'guilty' lineage from that?

So...reparations...legitimate? Seriously? There are many folks who have done so little with the opportunities afforded them through the decades, whether via enacted legislation, or personal motivation. It's like the promise of Georgia football recruiting titles permeates society.
