Will each player have to have an agent while in college in order to

negotiate on his/her behalf or will there be one agent representing the entire student/athletes on campus? This could turn the transfer portal for all schools into a massive malfunction as intercollegiate athletes turn into on campus pros.

I think some of the top players will have their own agents (& many of the top agents will have some of the same top-level players), but I fully expect entirely new departments within compliance to be created for this stuff, including perhaps Clemson-appointed agents on their behalf, which would work great for group events, photos, fundraisers & ads.

I guarantee some will but what I see is popular players hiring production teams to develop content for Social Media. All they need are press passes then a 2-person production team can video players anytime press is allowed in and create content outside of practice during personal time. I see dissension amongst team members as some players make $$ thousands weekly and others are making $0.
Once ESPN starts divulging NIL contract $$ dollars that X player earns and shows how much player Z made from Social Media this month, I see players loosing focus on school and sport as they make more $$$. The players see that player X made $40k this month and the human nature would be to chase those opportunities.
Mark my words, as players make more $$$, the graduation rate decreases substantially. As players have the means for extracurricular activities, drug related suspensions and arrest rates go up drastically. Players will have more DUI's as they now have cool cars and want to show off at the wrong times.
Nothing has been thought out about how this will affect players and teams. This Carte Blanche NIL approval is going to allow corruption of epic proportions. This is all because the NCAA did not do their job. They could have been ahead of this by allowing player income but with regulations. The NCAA has failed players, fans, and more importantly the schools.

Exactly right and in reading the Supreme Court decision - and without directly saying it - they do say it. It makes me wonder, at least, if the NCAA has even changed their internal structure in the past 2 or 3 decades to reflect the number and types of teams they are "managing" (very loose word) and the changing environment (i.e. television, conference networks, etc.). I read the decision to be almost "we don't want to do this" but "we have no choice" due to a lack of competence or planning.

This is why the NCAA deserves to go the way of the dinosaur

It is a failing organization that has failed to show any agility, innovation, or responsiveness. It's as if they banked everything on catering to the "blue bloods" of each sport as a model for managing college athletics. To be sure, they made tons of money by playing favorites but now it is catching up with them. Lawyers, courts, and legislatures are about to rip the guts out of the NCAA and for an organization that based it's whole existence on controlling every aspect of college athletics they will no longer have a viable business model to continue operating. The NCAA deserves to die and maybe what comes after it will be a better run organization that treats everyone the same while showing some innovation in the process.
