What if they came halfway across the country just for BV to tell them to shove it and have to go all the way back with nothing lol. Won't happen, but that would be a pretty savage get back at how they did him when he was there.

I'm happy for BV. Not a more perfect spot for him to head coach. Big question is who Dabo gets to replace him. If we get a Tony Elliot type for defense god help us.

Agreed. BV and our defense was our major crutch this year, trying to compensate for a complete inept offense. If we miss at a DC and TE (along with same lame assistants) stays - we won’t even have a paddle next year going up Shlitz creek.

If they are coming to Clemson versus sending a plane to pick BV up to fly him to Norman; that tells me there is still some uncertainty in the deal. Not saying it won’t get done, but apparently not a slam dunk yet.
