Why we still make the playoffs if NC State can kick a FG:

Oct 15, 2016, 11:22 PM

It would have made the FSU game a must win, but NC State still has to play Louisville, FSU, Miami, and UNC. They won't go 3-1 in that stretch. Then, we as the 12-1 ACC Champ still make the playoffs. I'm glad we don't have to beat FSU now, but we wouldn't have been as lost as I thought we were today with 2 seconds left in regulation. All this said, who wins the NC State vs. Louisville game next week? I normally wouldn't care, but what else do you talk about on a bye week? State 28, Louisville 33. (Notice I couldn't give State a score that would require a FG. Hehe.)

Do you want to risk making the playoffs even at 11-1?You would still have to win the Conference Championship game, and then need some help.
Just my opinion,a loss today and we would be out.

A loss today would not have looked good at year's end.
