Why Nobody Else Is Hurt By Close Wins?

Is it because people are "tired of seeing Clemson in the CFP"? Or is it the ACC affect?
Fact is: "we have beaten the best in CFB on the field"! So, regardless of what you think about the ACC; Clemson deserves more respect than that.
Other squads can have close losses or even losses in LSU's case and garner tremendous praise from the talking heads!
Stupid really! And frustrating how biased they are with how they cover teams so differently.

Yep!
Why I really don't care for most of their announcers! I think they want more big 10 presence in the CFP. They also want different teams in there as it keeps people interested.
I call it the UCONN womens basketball team affect. They were so dominant during a stretch; I think unless you were just into women's basketball you really "lost interest" in the sport. Because ultimately, nobody was going to beat UCONN.
Not that Clemson has won it all that often; but we have been in the hunt a lot. I think they are tired of seeing us there. Figuring it hurts "their product".

in the CFP or hearing Ohio State being touted every year.
I tend toward the view that we're hearing motormouths with their own set of prejudices, not necessarily directed toward Clemson.

influences fans and sports writers and coaches and players and poll voters. Ignore the wins and championships, and go by the eye test, which starts with the assumption that all SEC wins are better than any other wins, while BIG10 wins are a close second, and ACC wins don't mean much. START with that, then it just follows that all SEC and BIG10 teams, going by the eye test, will just look better than ACC teams, you know, you can see it can't you? Everybody else sees it! End of discussion.

Remember we fell after struggling with a ranked Syracuse?
TCU had to hurry the FG team on the field to get a walk off win. Southern Cal could have easily have lost that game to UCLA as they won it "At Home".
Whatever voters! This is why; I can barely watch pre-game shows or during the week shows. It's clear to me there is a double standard "whatever the reason".

ESPN is the acronym, the E[ntertainment] is hugely important and helps keep the lights on.
The College Football Playoff Committee ranked an 8-0 Clemson team #4 in the first week of their rankings.
Funny, if you recall, most of the "pundits" that disagreed with that ranking felt the committee was giving Clemson the benefit of their elite status/brand.
Don't ever let the bastards get you down.
