Why is it impossible for Panthers fans
Sep 17, 2019, 2:49 PM
|

to just dislike Cam. For his antics, for sub par performance, for his past transgressions.....
Why is the insinuation that it’s just because he is black?
He is the biggest loud mouth cry baby QB in recent history. That’s the problem.
**this is borderline FBCoach shitpoasting but that other thread and some replies got me fired up.

Ok, I will give you that...that is almost right at 60% win rate. Many would take that, for certain.

There is some truth here.

I work with a fella who just doesn’t like Cam Newton. Doesn’t know any facts about him and doesn’t seem to care to. Just doesn’t like him. All the problems with Carolina are Cam’s fault according to him. Nevermind the fact that he hasn’t had adequate receivers in years passed and the offensive line has holes in it at times. Or that Ron Rivera is always wrong on coach’s challenge. It’s all Cam’s fault.
I don’t feel the same way he does. But I’ve seen enough to say, that I’m ready for a change.

Tom Brady's never had any good WR's but he seems to still be win games.

If we were all holding out for the next atom Brady...

We’d have a new quarterback every year. As a Panther fan, I’d like to try something different. But Cam wasn’t the worst in the league. He’s just not good enough for me to want to hang on to him forever.

Is that what you are referring to? Congrats.....one year. In 9 years they have had a winning record like 4-5 times. Now 0-2
and to 7spots why do you want a guy yucking it up on the sidelines when losing? That is just ludicrous to "want" and acknowledge as good.
I left the Panthers due to him. What he and his dad did and to never be held accountable....I want nothing to do with him.

Holy Hell how did a sub .500 team win the division in 2014.

None the less as I did recall they won the division a few times and folks still hated him. Now it could be that most folks that actually follow the Panthers also follow college football and were never going to like him.

dere's a lot of crybabies in the league. Soon as they get exposed or reprehended they go out and demand a trade. Owners need to take a stand and just deny it and lettem ride the pine.

I do like some stuff about him. Such as handing the footballs to the kids and having fun out there with his teammates when they are winning. But when they are down and not winning, I don’t like any of them. Time to trade Cam Newton to Houston for Deshaun Watson.

For his sake, I'd like to see him have a really nice career. Not that it'll happen in Houston as long as Bill O'brian is there.

like him because he's an attention ho ... "Look at me everybody, look at me". That's the most important thing to him, and that's why I don't like him.

in relation to football. However, he is a very upstanding member of the community and does a ton of good things in and around Charlotte. I'd like to see him be a mature leader on the field but that seems to much to ask.

with gangs in the Charlotte area. It would be awesome for him to be in a gunfight in Clanton Park on Saturday night and then start at QB for the Panthers on Sunday afternoon.
