All six CBS Sportsline experts pick Boston College to

Oct 15, 2014, 9:47 PM

come within the 8 1/2 point opening spread, but all six also picked Clemson to win outright. Looks like it could be a close one either way in Boston Saturday. I hope Stoudt settles in and throws the ball well. He had moments Saturday in which he did, but then he had about three throws that were right to the other players. Overall, I think he settled down and played well Saturday. We need to stick with our offense and not suddenly try to mirror BC and try to outdo them at something they do well. By the way the spread opened at 7 1/2 and is already down to 5 at all major casinos and services. People are really betting on BC.

To be fair , that was a very good defense that Louisville brought last week.
BC has a solid team , but I do not expect them to contain our offensive firepower for more than a quarter or two. Close at the half maybe , but skill pulls away . Our skill.

I never care about point spreads, only wins and losses.
Cole did not practice the week of the Loiusville game, and was nursing a sore shoulder.
He did appear rusty at times but finally settled down.
Just my opinion but two things need to happen for Clemson to come out of Boston College with a win:
1) Cole just needs to manage the game.He does not have to win it.
2) Chad needs to devise a game plan where Cole goes under center more than going shotgun.
Finally,B.C allways play Clemson tough, especially at Chestnut Hill.

Why does Cole need to be under center?***
