Why are we only signing

12 players right now with a couple more in February when schools like Alabama and Georgia are signing between 22-26? Don't we have like 85 scholarships or about 21 to get each year? And aren't we short on total team players right now?

Wake up. It is numbers and the decommits, and unexpected players who have or are leaving. The plan all along was 15-17 if I remember and the way Dabo recruits, if a commit changes his mind, there is not time to find someone else. If all 12 of our guys play it will be the same as with other schools who take more. Michigan is ranked 8th and they signed 1 5 star and 9 4 stars. We are 28 or 29 and signed 1 5 star and 8 4 stars. Rankings don't matter, starters matter.
