Strength and Conditioning Coach, maybe? Has to be someone who can wrestle him back because, boy does he get fired up. Love it!

this is an every game thing. He always coaches like that which is why our guys keep getting better. I hope it continues.
And the guy was defnitely assigned the job, not just reacting. He has to do it every game.

It looked to me that it was to keep him from getting the Coaching Box infraction. Everytime I noticed it there was a Ref right there beginning his pursuit of a play down field. If he gets impeeded by a coach that is a flag. The "pull back" coach did a good job at watching the Ref also.
Seems like good pre-emptive coaching to notice that it could cause a penalty
