Was it Johnson?

When we had the mass exodus of QB's one of them was quite snarky and stated something about how Lawrence was the problem and that the great ones were leaving. Was that Hunter Johnson or Tucker Israel? I remember one went quietly and one went with attitude.

I definitely don’t recall Johnson leaving in that manner. Israel might have posted to social media some criticism well after leaving but I can’t recall what exactly was his beef.

I don't think so, because if that was the case, he wouldn't be back. The only thing I heard was Johnson left when Kelly Bryant said he was staying.

You have you facts all kinds of crossed and so do some of the responses to you.
First of all, Hunter Johnson and Zerrick Cooper left when Trevor Lawrence arrived. They realized they had been passed and wanted to play somewhere else. Both left in the most respectful way possible.
The comments you are referring to were made by Tucker Israel, as some have mentioned, but were made when Bryant was beat out by Lawrence and decided to transfer and not when the large group was leaving.
I believe Tucker's comments were made in an attempt to support Bryant, though they didn't come across that way at the time, because the two of them were very close.
Tucker now frequently posts great things about Clemson and Clemson football, so I do not believe he harbors any negative feelings.
He may have at the time thought the coaches were making a mistake, but likely now realizes that the coaches made the right move.
