Who is our biggest threat in the Atlantic div this year?

FSU still has a lot of talent but is one year enough for Taggart to turn things around? We do have to go to Tally so does that change how you feel about that game? I see maybe a close wake up call game to closeout the season we win and roll through the rest of the schedule.
Is Louisville any real competition without Lamar, especially in the Valley? I say no.
I thought I read somewhere NC State loss 10 starters from last years D. I know they have a good QB back this year (I mean he must be good that stadium is named after him, hahaha). I don't see them as much of a threat this year against our D, and this one is in the Valley also.
BC in November in Chestnut Hill actually concerns me. I think Addazio is a pretty good coach and they have a good RB.
Syracuse gets their payback and I am not worried about Wake for some reason, should I be?
I thought maybe we talk about football for a change (besides the QBs)

FSU, BC and NCState in that order. The first two by virtue of the fact that they are road games.

Agree. FSU has some top-tier talent remaining and while I'm not sold on Taggart's defensive staff he is a very good players' coach and will have the 'Noles playing with enthusiasm. I definitely think they're back to 9-10 wins this year even with their QB issues and some holes in their D.
BC knows exactly who they are - a big, strong, rugged team that wants to whump on you in the trenches, and they're good at it. They aren't explosive and lack skill talent but as they showed last year, the longer you let them hang around the rougher they make it on you.
Neither of those two games are likely to be easy.

BC has the OL and RB in place. Would only take a marginal

improvement by QB and WRs to create issues on offense. I'm no BC expert, but BC coach feels like they have that. If they can stretch the field with WR threat, their run game and overall O could be problematic.

BC isn't as bad as some think. Also I wouldn't count Louisville out. Still I agree it is ours to win if we don't turn the ball over multiple times.

NCSU and Louisville will have good offenses but average defenses. FSU will be a tough game, they are still loaded, game is in Tallahassee and Taggart is a good coach.

FSU if they get their act together

NC State and Louisville should have the best offenses so if either of them can field a solid defense this year (unlikely for State and extremely unlikely for Louisville) they will be dangerous. I think BC and Wake will both be tough outs, but both may be limited by their offenses.

FSU. By the time we get to that game, they will have the "new coaching staff" stuff behind them. I would love to see us beat them by 40 but will take a one score win, and be happy to get it.
