He joined a shoe campaign while @ IUPUI and has only expanded upon it. It's always great to see a coach reach out and ask for help in any worthy cause. If the numbers are correct he's helped send 250k pairs of shoes to needy recipts. Very commendable.
While I hope we roll over them, I do think their community outreach is noteworthy.
Just saying. Good to see people be Humanitarians. Collectively we are all human race, on one planet. And Coach Brownell and Coach Hunter get it.

I just thought GSU looked more aesthetically pleasing than GASU and the bored would get who I was referring to.

Yea a few knuckleheads made their program look bad. A few disconcerting chants definitely didn't help. But their coach getting a T Up doesn't deter me from knowing he's a good guy. His efforts with Samaritan's for Shoes are noteworthy. As posted by me his efforts have led to over a million shoes being donated. Not standing up for lucrative decisions but coach Hunter isn't a bad guy. Fans are knuckleheads but please don't think it represents coach Hunter. He's a humanitarian. If he argued a call and got t'd up, ok. But I don't feel like he's a bad dude, or by any means an enemy. Fans will be fans. I can assure you coach Hunter wouldn't condone any malicious activities.
Again, I'm a Tiger but hey I respect a coach who's foundation has helped donate over a million pairs of shoes.

Samaritans for Shoes is a great program. Some GaSt fans made a horrible impression. Theres a few in every crowd. I certainly don't wish for any altercations, regardless of who is playing. But I also believe that one tech foul on coach Hunter shouldn't diminish his efforts.
