Which transfer player did we miss the most and which had

the biggest impact at their new school?
Doesn't seem to me we lost much, but perhaps I'm missing someone.

Its not so much about this season

You're losing the development and quality depth. A big part of our run has been due to guys who put in the time and waited their turn. A perfect example is Cornell Powell. Most of the guys who transferred still had that opportunity. Heck, Ajou was ment to be a developmental guy all along. Who knows in a couple years he could have learned to block. Instead it leaves us with a true freshman....or in our case this year, nobody

I can't remember which game it was, but one time we ran a screen with Ajou as the inside receiver and the throw to the outside. Ajou took one step then looked over at the sideline like "what do I do now?" while the receiver got creamed.

every fan's brain. I couldn't help but wonder how we went from the best blocking WR's in college fb to receivers who didn't even attempt to block. I'm hoping he just had the wrong play call....

You guys sure romanticize CB, he was a great 2, horrible 1… He throws more picks in bad situations than DJ, takes too many chances and not consistently accurate. Re-watch the Syracuse game, we won’t because of our running game and inspire of CB, he missed wide open receivers but to his credit made the big plays late in the game. He got benched at Duke and during his bow game this year for the same reasons. He is worse than DJ because of his turnovers, that’s one thing we couldn’t afford more of this year, we would have been 8-4, 7-5 with him this year.

We won***
He is still the same player and plays the same way as he did be Syracuse, not a ton better, though surely at least a little just due to reps, time and working with Cutcliff.

Chez Melussi seemed to be doing well for Wisconsin but I cannot say we missed him that much. Our RB position is in good hands with Pace, Shipley, and Mafah.

I don't know which had the most impact, but I hated seeing Derion Kendrick playing for UGA.

I don’t know after seeing him burned so much in the Ohio Sate game last year.

Idk. DJ didn’t seem like the kinda guy who would be interested in anything Chase would have to say. I remember smh when asked if he learned anything or benefited by taking a step back and observing, when he was benched. He flat out said “No, I didn’t learn anything.” Really poor attitude. I haven’t been a big fan of his ever since. Zero humility.

I said the exact same thing after he made that comment and I got crushed by Tnet. I thought his response was horrible and it was like he couldn't be taught anything else. I am pretty sure TP took over on a punt and took us down for a score then he got hurt and couldn't come back in.

While he would not have started at linebacker, he would have been in the rotation. He had 31 tackles and 1 sack for LSU. Not great, but contributed.

The only thing you might be missing is this; What difference does it matter how much we miss them? They are gone. Period. Secondly, who cares what type of impact they made on their new school. I'm only concerned with the players we have and what type of impact they make at Clemson.
