.....Clemson can do better....eventhough there are questions about our staff when these kids are looking at us. We are not exactly the same attractive Clemson when T Elliot and B Venables was around. We have to resell a different dynamic and pitch to get the type of recruits we need and want. Its going to be challenge but winning will be a big boost of help.

We're going to need to send out more offers, and do it sooner. We need to have a backup plan when we miss on our first guy.

we don't leave much room for misses. No one bats 1000%. Keep main focus on HS recruiting, add a few more earlier offers and sprinkle lightly portal. Copy Bama on portal.

Maybe he isn't being shortsighted? Maybe he likes Coach Venables, likes being closer to home, and likes the Sooners but was never offered until Coach Venables offered? We wanted him, but we can't get them all. Bama offered him too. Situations change.
