We need a business man who understand the statergery and importance to stay ahead in football first, and basketball second followed by the others. The passion for clemson is something you need as well, but that quality alone is not what we need. I don't particularly like the idea of a former player or coach unless they have proven their skills in the business world as well.

A big-time CEO - period. Lots of dead weight in the AD and we need a real CEO with real-world experience to come in and not be afraid to get rid of the folks who add very little. I'm constantly shocked at some of the incompetence there - there are several people with pretty cushy positions at CU that would've been fired from any other company in the country. It seems you have to die or quit to ever lose your job there, no matter what you do. This is what Hyman did that turned that program around - got rid of EVERYONE who wasn't producing.

Just my opinion though.

We need to get our other programs back to where they used to be. What we don't need is someone whom is currently in the administration.
