What in the world is going on with ACC BB

There are only 2 ranked teams. The second best team in the conference is not ranked - Miami. But the fourth is - Duke….likely due to their always propped up reputation. Yet the top 25 is littered with SEC teams.
Has the ACC just gotten bad? And FlSt is 1-9.
I don’t get it.

Class of ‘71. Went through “rat season” and glad I did.


FSU has a ton of injuries

but yes, after the top 4, the league is down. Downright awful in some places
