Follow up to Fluffhead's question

At my favorite HH spot on Thursdays, I usually get in just a bit before our favorite bartender arrives. Usually just enough time to have one beer with the bartender for that shift, who just isn't that great. Every time she changes shifts, she asks if I want to close out with her or transfer the beer.
I can tell by the way she asks that she wants me to close with her so I will tip her. And I do because I feel bad for her (don't think she gets much of a day crowd). But it's a little irritating to have to close out a tab for one beer. Ain't here to see you any way, yo.
When I bartended, I didn't make this request unless the customer had built up a pretty decent tab with me. If it was one or two beers, I transferred it.
What do y'all do?
1. Close it out and tip her.
2. Transfer that beer over, ho.
3. Complain to the manager.

you know how much it is going to be, just have cash for that one beer + tip
(i.e. 1-close it out and tip her.).
