Boxing out is a lost art!

RU got WAY too many offensive rebounds.

"Gamecocks aren’t ready to take college football by storm just yet. They’re not even ready to compete in their own state – Clemson will still own the territory. Gamecocks fans would be smart to keep their heads buried until that time. Avoid talking trash to a much better Clemson program.” -Dustin Tackett

Can’t box out when everyone is standing on the perimeter

What frustrated me was how many times the round

ball bounced off our guys' hands and rolled right to the RU guy, often right under their basket for an easy score.

No it's Brownells scheme. He doesn't let our guys go for offensive rebounds. Yet you saw Rutgers commit 3 guys inside every shot hustling. I'm infuriated by that being an ex college basketball player myself. This game was decided inside on the block and Brownell got out coached in my opinion.

Winthrop seems to be doing it just fine.

Clemson doesn't care about basketball....as evidenced by Brown-L getting 14 years.

I surely hope that DRAD thinks we had a good season with the real basketball schools being down this year. If he uses that to keep Brownlee, he is just looking for any reason to throw 2 mil a year away, and he's scared to try and find a coach that can win at Clemson!!!!

Is that it? Do we have any basketball guys or gals in administrative slots who keep up with college basketball past the headlines? There are coaches who can do this job well and put fannies in seats and be a great help to high school and middle school coaches and kids in our area. Basketball can help our communities.
