Guess George Rogers Heisman Troph is center place and the 5repeat trophies (did they make up trophies for this?) lined up nice around it..and of course the 1 ACC conference win (I've seen that banner wave for so many years in WillieB). Oh, maybe the SEC East trophy is high uP on a pyramid-shaped base.
Seriously..I wonder! (OK Coots..I'm just kidding a bit but really would like to see that trophy room since I like trophies since just had one or two myself since childhood).

I can't speak to the ACC landscape in 1969. But in 2011 you guys were a borderline top 25 team that won a terrible conference. We finished in the top ten that year and were state champs (in dominating fashion).

1) Clemson's orange bowl win is insignificant because it came from a Big Ten team? Your last three bowl wins came against Wisconsin, Michigan and Nebraska. The two before it were losses to the ACC and Big East.
2) Clemson's 2011 ACC title is unimpressive because it was from a bad league? You proceeded to lose in the Peach bowl to Florida State that year.
3) You play for big league trophies? Well I guess you did once, which resulted in the biggest beatdown that game has ever seen.

the year the Capons actually managed to win the Division (with a 5 - 3 record), the $EC Least was as weak as it has been at any time during the last three decades.
Florida was runner-up with a 4 - 4 record
Georgia and Tennessee finished at 3 - 5
Kentucky, who actually beat the Cluckers, finished 2 - 6 and Vandy brought-up the rear at 1 - 7.

The coot trophy case would be a very good visit on those days that you actually feel as the world is closing in around you, and you have loss your best friend. First when you walk in their trophy room, their would be a lot of unused space. That would help with the feeling that the world is closing in on you. Look in their case, you would go into a uncontrollable laugh from the few trinkets they have in their case with some of self made trinkets. You would for awhile forget about losing your best friend. Their trophy room could be very beneficial to them. They have lost all their Clemson friends they had before the Spurrier streak. And their world will close in on them when Spurrier dies or just leaves next year.
