The most wanted list is used for the general public to help locate individuals. Once located, they are no longer "Most Wanted". Again, Duuuuuuh.
First of all, from the evidence we have, there is probably not enough there to convict. Second, he may have flipped and is testifying in exchange for immunity or a lighter sentence, sans your 11 friends who were indicted today.

I didn't say Epps did nothing wrong. But what evidence have we seen on Epps that would guarantee a conviction? He's not seen going inside the Capital, he's not seen assaulting any officers. Telling people to go inside the Capital does not mean he meant for them to do it illegally. I know that's what he meant, but that's not going to cut it in a court room. He can claim he meant for them to go inside like they normally would(check in, go through metal detector). I know it's BS, but that's how it would probably play out in a courtroom.

I mean you have to admit this guy seems incredibly fishy. He is there the night before urging people to go in the capital. He is there that day soing the same day. He was also at the capital during trumps speech directing orders and aiding in taking down barriers for people to advance on the capital.
So you have a "MAGA" guy who traveled from Arizona but he didn't go to the rally. He didn't go into the capital, but was urging people to. He worked with others to take down barriers and was obviously coordinating with people. He was originally on fbi list wanted list but was taken off when he was identified. And now the case is closed because partisans interviewed him and he said he wasn't fbi. Lol.

No doubt there were left-wing instigators at the Capital on Jan 6th, and it may very well turn out the FBI was part of it.
I posted this either on Jan 6th or the day after, but you may recall I was in DC on business and two "close relatives" were with me who I took to the rally. Both of them overhead a maga-hatted individual talking on his cell phone before Trump's speech, and he was very obviously not a Trump supporter. A lot of concerning chit was said. We put in a report to the FBI - has anyone called us in over a year? Nope.
I have plenty of photos and videos of the rally, and for the majority of people there it was like any other rally. You go, you hoot and holler, and go home. There were no indications of people getting riled up, no hint of violence being incited during the regular, scheduled program.

There are Trumpers in every government department, so there were likely FBI employees involved in the 1/6 terrorism. There are stupid people literally everywhere.
