ND has a fanbase that travels to ATL like Clemson. They might bump GT or Dook but they won't jump us.

Does the Peach automatically host the loser of the ACCCCG?

I think the Peach is seeded by the selection committee from the highest ranked ACC after the Orange Bowl and paired with the SEC/Big 12 team with the highest rank.
