They Always Remember November

They Always Remember November
I have forgotten where I heard it first, but whoever said, "They always remember November" was right.

College football fans can get excited about early season success, but most championships are won or lost in November. The weather turns cold. The wins ten

I'm not as confident about GT as Mickey.

We caught a break getting a Thurs night game this week and a couple of extra days to prep for the triple option, but Tech should be 8-2 going into next week.

They have a solid D and, even though Venables and Co have played well vs. the GT Offense the last 5 1/2 quarters, we all know that it only takes 1 missed assignment against that attack for a quick 6. Couple that with the fact that we haven't played well at GT recently and I'm not ready to chalk that one up to a W just yet...

And I'll be worried about USuCk until 0:00 on the clock. Their O is really good and they have played UP to their competition this year just as often as down (UGA, Auburn). Rivalry game, Coot Srs would be the first to lose to Clemson, Coots with nothing to lose, fighting for bowl eligibility possibly, might be a lot of intangible motivation going into that one...

We should be favored in all of our remaining games but that ain't the same as pulling out a W.

GO TIGERS!!!

What are you and others smoking?

What are we basing our optimism on? The few plays before Watson went out of the game wiht a broken finger, we was like 2-12 (someone correct me...) we had 36 total yards... I mean, even WITH him, we forgot how to block and move the ball. What have you seen from this offense that tells you we will perform any better than what we've seen with Stoudt under center? Just curious.

Did you not watch the other games Watson played in?

Or did you just watch the Louisville game? Watson struggled against their excellent defense but has played outstanding in every other game IMO
