Was out getting my 2 miles in this morning. Man oh man is it a beautiful day. The good Lord has blessed us with so many wonderful things to view and enjoy. Was looking at the hummingbirds feeding on the flowers in my back yard and am amazed at how they can flit around. Just amazing. It is a great day to be a Tiger fan. Go Tigers.

no car but he lives in Disney World ... wish I was their with all my grandkids - well too hot now maybe in Feb after college football is over

darting around in the trees. I have a feeder on the other side of the house, but still, they were everywhere.

My in laws keep about a half dozen feeders out every year and the literally have 100's and 100's of hummingbirds

Was in St Elmo CO a few years ago and saw the most hummers I've ever seen . Must have been thousands of them. The reeds along the river were covered with them.

Good on you. I do about two miles a day as well. Except in the AC. I start with 1.5 miles on the treadmill at high pace. I follow that with 30 minutes of cardio and weight training mixed. 60 seconds working with 30 seconds rest between. I finish with another mile on the treadmill walking to cool back down.
