I had one tell me that because "Clemson only won by one point, it wasn't like a real win, you know what I mean?"
I told her does winning by five at the last second make it any different?
All I got back was a blank stare.

Thankfully there are very, very few coots where I live. I see a garnet shirt with a chicken on it now and then, but they never say anything to me even if I have on a Clemson shirt.

I heard the refs gave you the game and heard one coot say if the LSU quarterback had played that bad against USC they would have beaten LSU by 10-12 points. They must not have looked at the game stats....
