I think I gave Urban Meyer 3 years or less before he would be gone in some shape form or fashion.

Well the guy didn't even last his full initial official season. What a waste of money and a waste of Trevor's time.

You can get away with being a total A-hole jerk easier in college ball. That crap don't work when dealing with paid professionals. The Jag players are prolly very happy.

I am thrilled for Trevor and the players. He is done I would think and now he can take a seperate plane for the rest of his life !

Saban learned before him. The NFL is a completely different animal than college football.

But, Meyer is the only one who sunk so low as to get himself fired for OFF the field shenanigans. He revealed to all just how poor a human being he actually is.

But, as I said in another reply, there is a big name school out there somewhere right now that will turn a blind eye to all the recent hubris, and offer him a golden parachute back into the world of college football. Then, he will do the same thing to them that he did to the Jaguars, and they will deserve every bit of it.

Hal, he might even get his old TV job back. All they care about is ratings, not whether the people watching like him or not, as long as they WATCH!

Meyer lasted 13 games .. the exact same time as Petrino did at Atlanta. Same type of characterless coaches.
