I've never had an exam on the same day as a home football game but I do tomorrow morning.. Guess it's a good excuse to start drinking earlier ha. Go Tigers!!

during my lengthy (and frequently interrupted) time at Clemson (the best time of my life) dating from the late 60's to the latter 70's, I can't remember classes ever being cancelled for snow. Several of those years I was commuting from Greenville and the profs would give you a pass if the roads were in tough shape, but the actual classes were never cancelled.

As I said, I wasn't enrolled every one of those semesters, but I was around there a bunch.

Started snowing on Sat am, didnt stop until monday. had 18+ inches snow in driveway. had to shovel out and Dad took us(my sister and I) to RR station in Gastonia to ride train back on tuesday. Took 7 hours by train--stopped every hole in wall between home and Calhoun Corners station.
Campus cops brought us from RR to campus(7 stoodents in patrol car). heck of a return.

at the old Ocean Forest Hotel then with a group of students planning a state collegiate convention, and it started snowing there.

Returning to Clemson, the roads got so bad near Mauldin that a boy from New York took over the driving to get us back to campus. He wasn't phased by it, but the rest of us were crapping our pants. LOL (The fact that a lot of beer was being consumed probably contributed to the crapping....)

How do they expect you to take a test on Gameday?! I know that there is more to Clemson than football, but that's not fair to the students. So glad my class was canceled
