QB on every play. Seemed like last year it was just 4 guys rushing up-field to get the QB. Which left alot of run traps and running lanes open. When CW42,Dex, Bryant, and Ferrell were here there was more of a method and strategy. CW seemed to pick and choose his moments. Maybe he was just a higher IQ and did his own thing most of the time and that wasn't a coaching thing and Dex was the gap plugger and there was no running lanes to be had. Eliminated the up the gut run on us. I guess we'll see but when we played LSU and OSU in those games where we got smacked around there wasn't a whole lot of threat or strategy from our DL. It was just alot of sprints up field. Which was a giant waste of time in the end. Alot of that was youth and/or inexperience/inability but I hope to see some dominance this year.

We will find out a lot about the team in the first game. I am counting on it be good news for most of the groups but particularly the linemen on both sides of the ball.

In a different day and time where people weren’t so overly sensitive I would nickname them “The COVID Curtain” - it not only shuts down offenses but it shut down entire games, programs and seasons. Two of them have overcome it and are back on track. But I know ESPN would not allow any of our games to be televised if they took that name.
