To justify the changes that are needed (transfer portal, WR coaching, QB development, offensive playcalling). If he doesn't, we're in for a long ride I'm afraid.

I think Dabo will adjust (though his failure to pull a pathetic DJ today boggles mind), but we've not seen this situation before so who knows? I do truly believe he knows what he's doing and knows how passionate our fan base is and it's hard to criticize his loyalty to his players, but he's got to understand that players come to win and develop...period.

He's got to understand that loyalty to team is more important than loyalty to a player or coach. While he's trying to prop up certain guys, he's hurting others. DJ and Cade are exhibit 1.
