be receiving steroid injections in my back for the first time. MRI results were BAAAADDDDD. L4-L5 and L5-S1 are trash. I know people say try to avoid surgery for as long as possible, but I don't think there is anything that will ever make this situation better other than surgery. If it was just one single fusion I would probably skip the injections and just do the surgery, but since I need a two level fusion, I am going to try the injections and see where it goes.
