would highly recommend this site. may be too late if you have things planned, but will do a "touring plan" for you based on history of what days what parks are busy, when to hit what rides etc to minimize line times

I hope you have Genie+. Well worth it, IMO. Saw Jimmy Fallon and his family at Epcot on Saturday. Also, I really miss the Disney dining plan.
