does SC report 7-day average per 100K population cases #?

the website isn't what I'm used to seeing up here, the "per 100K" makes it easier to compare counties or states of different populations. Trying to compare that number for Pickens Co., etc vs my county.

2 week average for Pickens Co is 34/100K, but since cases are dropping, the 7 day would be less than that. 2 week average for your county is 41/100K, with a slower decline in cases. Clemson county is safer in other words than your home county in VA. Probably 25% safer or in that ballpark, until you pee in a portajohn and rush the bathrooms at halftime, anyway  ">

7 day for Virginia as a whole. But yes, it looks like cases are generally going down.

Clemson is requiring students to be tested every week and

employees every other week. I will bet the # of tests in Pickens per 100k is higher than anywhere in SC.
Still, the rate of which students are positive is still very low.
