First game will be at the "Prettiest little village on the plains" this fall.

Hell of a start.

They are really going to be gunning for us. That squad is very similar to South Carolina but has a better trophy case. Institutionalized inferiority complex from sharing the state with a more accomplished big brother.

They are going to really want this game. Beating us makes them relevant again after a couple of tough years. Another subpar campaign could see Malzahn gone so he is going to want to make a statement.

Offensively, they do what they do. A ton of motion and movement to try and confuse you. They try to stretch you horizontally and vertically to get good players into space. Most importantly, they return their entire OLine from 2015.

They can score but disciplined defenses can beat them. We are going to have a lot of new faces on D and that may be an issue. Their qb play is suspect and kept them from scoring like they usually do but one mistake or moment of confusion and Auburn can hit big.

Defensively they just hired Kevin Steele to coach em up. So we have that going for us. They lose both starting LBs and two of their DBs. They are loaded with talent though, led by former Clemson targets Mont Adams at DL and Carl Lawson at DE. Lawson has had injury issues but when healthy, Auburn has been way better. Adams is a load in the middle.

Ultimately we are the better team. Facing a talented group with a pile of returning starters on both sides of the ball in a hostile stadium will be tough but I think we can handle it.

This will be a good one.

games I have ever seen. We knocked several of their players out of the game. Deandre McDaniel was dealing death that day.

Harpers catch and Parkers throw were incredible. People forget what kind of arm talent Parker had before Fairleys thug self drove him into the turf.
