of the Bama beat down or a cluckers game , but for a refreshing change

Try watching the semi final game of 2016 against Ohio State .

Until that third down in the first series of the second half. They were feeling it and then just got crushed!

I did watch that game again, this weekend

My sense of it, from listening to Herbie and the other guy, was that it was just beginning to dawn on them that Clemson was more than just a flash in the pan. They could see we were ascending, and ascending rapidly to the very top of the college football elite. And it was beautiful to watch.

I know we didn't win the championship that season but the fake punt to CW42 will always be a replay on my watch rotation. Turned that game into a rout and we torched the Sooners from that point on. Winning that game after what we had done to them the season prior really solidified in many people's minds we were more than a one-trick pony. And that play was the highlight of that game.

The beat down of the buck nuts will certainly be high on the replay watch list as well. I love the second half when the announcers began realizing they had nothing interesting to talk about as 0-31-H-I-O States was being routed. Good stuff
