We lead the ACC in free throw percentage?

What the heck is going on? In my almost half century on this earth, it’s always been death, taxes, and Clemson missing free throws. I feel like I’m in the twilight zone.

Clemson is 10-1 in the ACC and is leading the conference by 1.5 games.
Leads the conference in free throw percentage.
Somehow lost to the coots in football and basketball.
Devil must have had time to learn how to ice skate at this point.
Crazy. I need a drink after jumping up and down with the kids at the end.

I have been on this earth for 3/4 Century plus and we have never led the ACC in free throws. Wow.

And we still missed two late in the game that I thought might cost us. It is much better than any year in my memory.

Free throw percentage has been a positive for most of Brownell's tenure. This was highlighted in the pregame article on Tnet.
