Anyone ever try that thunder shirt you put on your dog for storms

We have and our dog has Addison's disease

which means adrenal glands don't work so he gets really freaked out. It helps him some, but not total relief. We try to give him a mild steriod if we know a storm is going to last a long time (to supplant the steriods that his adrenal gland is not producing.)

named Santa's Little Helper. He runs like crazy when ever he hears a bell or alarm. I never see him during storms.

Tried one on my golden and she showed no change....'course the t'storms in DFW are bigger and louder! (LOL)... Still, the company made good on their money back guarantee....So it's worth a shot....

I have a golden with really thick fur...hope it'll work on him. Father G, sorry your dog has Addison's. have never heard of the connection between the Adrenal glands and storms...learn something new every day.
