Offensive Coordinator ! Brad is a good man, represents Clemson well. HOWEVER, while Brad knows "D", he is not so good with the Offensive thing. Could write a book, but from my observations (for over a decade now), our offensive is very conservative, modeled after Church League Youth Leagues ...

Therefore, Brad could be the Spiritual Leader, the "CEO", the father figure of the team ...

Meanwhile, a young, aggressive, full of testosterone young gun would be in charge of the "O". One who believes in taking it to the hoop, crashing the boards, pressing, don't run away after each one shot

They would compliment each other, and the team would be awesome.
