On ESPNU. Yet Clemson isn’t important enough to warrant as much attention on its own conference network? The public access network that Wayne and Garth used for their TV program is better run than the ACCN.

Unfortunately, Clemson is not the be all and end all of 99.5% of America. It only is in our few little minds.

We’re the minds that count though. These little minds at little ole Clemson supported the team that beat big bad Bama twice for two CFP trophies. 44-16 should still warrant some respect. Esp on the ACCN. But we all know what the ACC is, and it’s no friend to Clemson that’s for sure.

You’re giving too much value to winning. These are television networks. Their income is directly related to the volume of viewers, not how good a particular team is.

We are a medium size (FBS level) school with a moderate sized fan base. Additionally, our game was entering the second half which historically has terrible viewership, regardless of school. I’m sure ACCN calculated they would more viewers for the first half of UNC. It sucks for the fans but money is the driving force, not “disrespect”.

I guess to be more accurate we are 85.71; that’s the percentage of ACC college football playoff berths that Clemson’s has achieved. Would the ACC network preempt a Tarholes basketball event in order to show our basketball team? Hales to the freaking no!. It’s not about perception it’s about merit; we have it no one else in the conference does. Put your best team forward that’s what the SEC understands that the ACC does not.

Intention of replaying it on the network? No. They packed their sheet up and left as soon as the original broadcast ended. My issue isn’t that our game wasn’t rebroadcasted on the U it’s that the network that is supposed to champion the best of the ACC lived up to the history of this conference and put Tobacco Road ahead of the ROY.
