Win that, and Tigers go to "The Dance". Now, many of my fellow TigerNet ! Journalists including my good buddy ClemTiger117 (who now has an ALT screen name which I forget) ... are "negative Nancy's" and will say "no way"! ... BUT, is it not true that those Tigers beat some VERY GOOD teams this year ? That shows me they are capable of beating anybody (guy on TV last night said the same thing). Therefore, if everybody "shows up", why not ? And now, its time for our traditional Clemson inspirational video ...(yes, Germans and all that ... but classics never get old)

About the big dance that they forgot we still have a conference championship to play for. It isn't like we will win the national championship this year. I would be OK to settle for an ACC championship.
And I know it is unlikely for us to win the ACC. But there's a higher chance of that than a national championship game run.

Not true. A national championship wouldn't feature ACC officials. Infinitely more likely for us to win.

The only way we can make the NCAA T is by winning the ACCT. Therefore the odds of winning the NCAAAT at best case would be equal to the odds of winning the ACCT. In reality they would be worse.

On the one hand, I commend your TIGER spirit. And the fact is, we actually have players on our team that can possibly win games. THAT is not our biggest problem. Our problem continues to be the our coach simply does not know how to win games down the stretch. Even if we get big leads, he has no clue how to protect those leads. It takes a good night for coaches and players for CLEMSON to win BBall games, and that seldom happens. So winning more than ONE game in the ACCT is a crap-shoot at best. The probability of winning more than one game is probably in the 5-20% range. So one usually bets against that. I've never seen CLEMSON have a horseshoe stuck up our butts either, so don't count on that.

Yes, I hear what you are saying but my argument is that I believe, we have the TALENT to win games ... and once again, we have beaten some VERY GOOD teams with the talent on board. I view the ACCT as the "last chance" (for this year) to "show what you got". The ACCT is a new mini-season ... and every team in the ACCT, no matter the regular season record, has a chance to go to the NCAAT by winning it.

If I were the Coach, the players ... I would say "ok, what we have doing for the past month has been a fiasco .... therefore here are the adjustments that will be made ...."
