I’m definitely exaggerating the choice...it was more of a observation on how he played in the UL game that night, but when you look at how they were used and the lines they had, I don’t think there’s that much drop-off from Etienne to Gallman.

are special to me. dudes were just bad ### running backs that didn't give a #### bout hitting nobody.
Etienne is on another level. Second only to CJ IMO when it will all be said and done.
Gallman can't break a game wide ### open like ETN can, and yet somehow ETN is still able to be a workhouse (mostly last year) as he's put on some weight.
I won't lol at the statement b/c Gallman was special, no doubt. And i'd take him all over again without hesitation. ETN just has the break away speed and is lethal in space that Gallman just doesn't have.
ETN's biggest downside is the boneheads not giving him the cottam football.

quickly fading memories of watching people play in person still make me think that Terry Allen was just as good as Spiller. Unfortunately it's a completely different era with different offensive styles facing different defenses so it's impossible to truly compare.
