how well our receivers were blocking downfield for the running game. They were responsible for a lot more yardage that the back may otherwise not have gotten. If the ball was anywhere near any of them, they either found someone to block or were looking for someone.

The blocking in the backfield, particularly when Chase was in, looked really good, too, with lineman and backs putting their head on a swivel to protect him in the pocket.

Was a very impressive team effort, Saturday, particularly given all the circumstances. Feeling really good about this team. GO TIGERS!

When I rewatced the game I noticed that too. Not sure, but I think it was Higgins that absolutely bullied that dude on the last TD.
