I was there, right below where our coaches box is, I could look up and see our coaches celebrating. Ponder really got his bell rung with that lick McDaniel put on him. I mean he lowered his shoulder, and lunged it into Ponder!!!! DV was rocking, and it was as loud as I'd ever heard it in the many year I've been in there during a game. I don't know how many times our crowd would sing we will rock you, especially after McDaniel's absolutely leveled Christian Ponder!!!!

That's one of the best videos on Youtube honestly. I think those moments are what we long for as Clemson fans and I cannot wait for Death Valley to be like that again.
I honestly feel like society's use of smartphones has watered down home atmospheres. Maybe I am wrong but if you look back at old games everyone seemed so engaged no matter the opponent or ranking of our team at the time.
Videos like this are timeless.

That night was awesome! They've tried to replicate that electricity several times since then with that song. Just never has been the same. Lightning struck at just the right time that night for that moment.

I was sitting about 4 rows up in the South stands on the 25 yard line right when Mcdaniel lowered the boom on Ponder. With my wife who graduated from FSU. Yes it was epic! Go Tigers!

Thats before FSU got gunned down in a aTm drive-by and we were still itching to take that top spot outright. NCSU just isn’t that.
