I lived through it and I feel the exact opposite, I feel so blessed to have witnessed and enjoy the last 10 years, something I never though possible back from about 93-2008. This past year was amazing when you put it into perspective and through those lenses. If Dabo fixes it, great, I can’t wait. If we return to mediocrity, I’ll live…. I did for over 25 years and still loves the tigers during that, I will no matter where we go, but wasting head space “worrying” is hilarious that anyone would. Whatever is gonna happen is gonna happen regardless of how I or you or any of us fans “feel”, sit back and just enjoy the Tigers and our coach.

Finally, somebody with common sense. The ones of us that have lived through it understand it will get fixed. don't worry about something you can't control. Let Dabo captain the ship and keep it on course.

Well said ClemsonTigers44! My sentiments exactly. I have been a fan since the late 70's and saw the Tigers win the first Natty for the program, and then saw all the hard and rough times that followed but even during those so called depression years there sure was a hell of a lot of good memories and good times along the way. I believe in coach Swinney and I trust and KNOW HE IS ALWAYS PREPARED AND HAS A PLAN...... for everything!
With that said,I LOVE THE TIGERS and I have already purchased my Cheez-It Bowl tickets against the Cyclones! Any of you other fans joining me in Orlando for some fun or are you just going to sit around and complain n worry about stuff you have zero control over?
WE ARE STILL BOWLING BABY!!!
P.S. - Make sure you purchase your tickets for the ACC side of the stadium! Go Tigers! ALL IN!

Just look back at the early 1970’s after Frank Howard retired.
We had a few Great Players and awful teams. 2 or 3 wins per year!
It was tough at home and on the road. We got killed weekly!
We are hopefully headed for another 10 win season with Dabo!
Next year should be great! I can’t wait for spring football ??.
Cade will be like Trevor or DW4 showing up on campus again!
Get behind Dabo and the new coaching staff, Clemson will be better than ever in 2022!
I’m sorry to see Great coaches and players leaving, but they will be replaced with more Great’s!!
Go Tigers, Beat Iowa State!

In a span shorter than a decade- we went from dreaming of just winning the division and enjoying being ranked…to winning national championships and at times dominating college football.
(and yes, I was also very close to the program in the 90s)
I will always be amazed and thankful for what we have experienced. That never had to happen for us, but we’ve been incredibly blessed.
And it’s not necessarily over yet! We shall see.

You're exactly right. As bad as this year was, we would've been very proud of this season not all that long ago. Just imagine being told during the Bowden and West era's that we'd have a season where we went 9-3 and were ranked in the top 20 and that would be considered a terrible season for us.

So our worst year in almost a decade and we end the season with a top 5 defense and still ranked in the top 20? If that's our bottom that you are freaking about this would be our best during the Bowden years. We finished the season with a QB ranked 120 out of 126. Cade is going to come in and change everything.

Comparing football to the Great Depression, I doubt you lived through it or have a firm grasp on what it was and how difficult actual life was during in that time!
Clemson Football is in great shape!
But hang on because with Biden and all the woke Democrats in charge it looks like you may get to live through a Great Depression!
