But I really don’t think they are worth practicing for. Our program is superior to theirs in every way, so why risk injury, and we all know how annoying it’s going to be when Kirby and dawgfans start crying about how we “prepared all summer” for them when they lose.
Let’s take that excuse away from them. We can practice later for opponents we need to, and it’ll actually make the UGA game more competitive. Dabo’s pretty reasonable so I think he’s entertain this.

Its ok, they are used to their season ending in September. After that, they just hustle for an also ran trophy with Texas. No harm, no foul....

Fair enough.
Dabo will probably take his foot off the gas when up by 5 scores early in the 3rd, so practicing won't make much of a difference in the final score anyway.

I think we need practice. UGA is a legitimate threat to make the game competitive, & practice helps avoid injury, plus I mean, it's practice? Like, the guys seem to enjoy it often, honestly?
I'd hate to lose this game just because we quit in August, & I still think we win, but I'm also going to one of the media invites so maybe it's personal!

Same day we play UGA, since the game isn't until that evening. That way we don't waste a whole day just waiting around for UGA; they're not worth it.

They are planning on a physical game and hope to do to us what Ohio State and even Notre Dame have been able to do.
They are working very hard this summer in the weightroom and will practice very physical for us. They want to punch us in the mouth and dare us to do something about it.
Ohio State physically dominated us, both in 2019 and 2020. We were fortunate to win in 2019 and we know how it went in 2020. We got smashed and couldn't answer.
Georgia will try to flex literal muscle and see if we can respond.
Look, UGA will be bigger and more physically defined than us. Its because they bend rules in S&C. All you need to know is they're tied to Scott Cochran and utilize chemistry in the S&C department. Cochran comes from the Alabama weightroom, and it cannot be denied that Alabama is bigger and more defined than most other team. It's not "natural". It's cheating. Saban uses the NFL model for the weightroom.. HGH and whatever else. Cochran brought that to UGA.
Georgia will show the same physical anomalies. Bigger lower bodies, legs like tree trunks, more defined than opponents.
Kirby doesn't care. He doesn't mind bending the rules in S&C. You will have to be blind to not see the physical differences. Sure, we will weigh roughly the same, but you'll see bodies at UGA that are more defined.
We all lift the same weights and do the same routines. But teams like Bama and UGA are clearly more defined than others. Look at muscle tone and lower bodies is the trenches. It's not hard to see.
Dabo doesn't allow chemistry in the S&C department. Kirby does.
They will use a summer of basically cheating in the S&C department to outphysical us.
Dabo knows the deal. He knows what goes on in some programs, but he will not partake. He insists on natural S&C. Kirby cheats in this area, just like Saban. They use NFL methods to build bodies, and HGH isn't even tested in the NFL.
They will try to outmuscle and outphysical us. Use the PEDs. We will need to counter and be ready for the physical part of it. But we do it honestly.
It will require us to match the aggression. To outmatch them in X's and O's. Better coaching, intelligence, and play calling on both sides of the ball. Athletes will need to make plays, and try to even out the physical side of it.
Georgia is planning to beat us up. Can we answer? Dabo and the entire team knows it's coming.. will we answer?
I don't think UGA is capable of putting together a game plan like OSU did. They will try though. We are going to need to bow up and beat the cheat with smarts and ability.

I just hope we can ramp up our physicality. We have to, and I do believe I've seen some of our players saying the same type of thing. They must be closet coots?
