Went to Magnolias last night before the Phish show.

Hadn’t been there in many years and I used to work at its sister restaurant next door. The place is exceptional. Had Deviled Eggs and Fried Green tomatoes over grits for apps. Then I got the seafood bouillabaisse (which was phenomenal) and the wife got a thick NY strip which also was great.
10/10 wood recommend to anyone who has never been.

or am I kangfused? Either way, had a buddy who worked at Blossom (friend of fluffhead) and so we went there and made it a point to go again and again. Cypress was good too. Never made it to Magnolia, IIRC.

They closed cypress about 5 years ago and Blossom closed during Covid. So it’s just Mags left. I worked at Blossom for about 3 years from 2008-2011. Had friends that worked at Mags.
