Voting for coaches

I did not realize that I could vote until I read so many comments pro and con regarding prospective coaches and coaches on staff. Where do I pick up my ballot and what precinct do I vote in? Can I get a mail-in ballot? Voting advice from experienced voters?

You must live in Clemson city limits, or a member of Iptay, Tigernet or an alumni to participate in the vote.
