During, I think he was just letting him feel what the ball felt like, if you notice the WR grabbed and held until, he realized they were helping him out after continual mouth running he couldn't say thank you.
I'm sure he quietly said here's the ball you were talking about all day.....lol
If your getting beat that bad you have to use psychology and tell the guys on defense how great the are and their technique is amazing. You try everything but running your mouth while your getting a mud hole stomped in your posterior!
I'm so glad we had games to develop our youth, we needed that. The fact Dabo and company have played so many guys and coached the whole team up has added depth. I think a lot of us wanted to see Dabo keep pounding in our earlier games.
We can see the rewards of giving the youth reward in being more determined, correcting mistakes and playing better in practice where Iron sharpens Iron.
This team has grown more in a short amount of time than any team I remember except the 1981 and 1979 team and those are 2nd and 3rd.
This team isn't perfect but I would not trade any of them with any team in College football, they're special in team concept and have a chance to be the best team ever until next year.
