The Whistling is not near as annoying as the rooster crow when watch the coots play. That is the most annoying sound bar none!
It makes hard to even watch the game on TV.
So if the Vandy Whistler goes IMO the rooster crow at coot games must go.

Howl are just absurd. Now, if Kennesaw State (or Rice) adds an owl hoot...I might be amused.

If he is whistling with just his mouth, how can they legally stop him. If I were him, I would let them throw me out, and we could just settle it in civil court!!!

If there are enough complaints from other fans, and apparently there were hundreds, they have every right to throw him out. Let him sue. Your rights go no further than the next persons rights.

having common courtesy. If your doing something that is genuinely taking away from the experience for many others who have also made sacrifices to be at an event, then common courtesy says you should stop.

a ticket? Or read through stadium policies? He is a nuisance to everyone in attendance and stadium officials have every right to make him leave. If he sued them for that it would be dismissed before anyone got to court.
