started this entire narrative immediately after the game. The Bucknuts latched on to it and now have their excuse. That was NOT a catch by Ross. Pretty bad when homer Rece Davis has to say, "uh...no......it was reviewed and not a catch."

That was the most textbook targeting call I've ever seen. They were headhunting and are now mad because they got busted. That Chasr Young chick should have been tossed as well.

He was annoying last night and definitely showed his bias. But hey Maryland was in the ACC when he was there and I can imagine he is not a huge Clemson fan.

If that catch happened in the end zone, it would not be a TD, therefore it is not a catch elsewhere either.

Professional referees.
The ref in the booth called it and corrected Kirk immediately and without hesitation. The refs on the field seemed to agree. So they can be mad all they want...apparently that wasn’t a catch.
Getting upset about the targeting call is a complete joke. Textbook targeting. It is hilarious that the targeting rule is “an issue” when it effects Ohio State. No big deal to protect a Clemson QB I guess.

Comment of the night was after SVP said Dabo can play the underdog card since Vegas has LSU -3.5 Rece Davis said he would put Dabo in a headlock if he tried that. Said this Clemson team is no underdog to anybody after tonight.

And then Dabo came out late night interview and SVP told him he couldn’t play underdog and Dabo looked straight on and said “we are number 3, LSU is a great team and we are only ranked #3, Dabo is the man

Dabo must have gotten the word about the crap Van Pelt was spewing because he wasn't feeling him in their interview last night, and it's bad when Reese Davis has to defend Clemson.
